The Regional Vice President will serve as a key member of the CTC Division’s leadership team, responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical performance of assigned facilities across multiple states. This executive will oversee a large, complex, multi-site business with full P&L accountability, ensuring that strategic goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

The Project Manager, New Site Openings will lead the planning and execution of new clinic launches, expansions, and relocations — ensuring each site opens on time, on budget, and in alignment with Diana Health’s operational and brand standards. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership.

Partner directly with the VP of Operations and help scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power our care delivery engine. Collaborate across clinical, support, product, and engineering teams to drive efficiency, improve quality, and build infrastructure that supports exceptional patient care. This role offers real ownership, autonomy, and a clear path to grow into leadership.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient billing processes across the full claim lifecycle inclusive of charge capture and coding to claim submission, payment posting, and denial management. You’ll report to the VP of Operations and partner cross-functionally with, Clinical, Product, Patient Support and Finance to drive KPI performance, automation, and accountability.

Lead and inspire our multi-state Intake teams. Lead the patient intake journey end-to-end by optimizing workflows, ensuring seamless onboarding of new patients, and fostering cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional patient experiences. We’re looking for a leader with a proven record of operational excellence, including setting and achieving ambitious Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing process improvements, and developing high-performing teams.
